Unruly Staff Already?

This sounds a lot like CFC arguments. For god's sake, if you don't want to be bothered or insulted think before you act. As for the beta testing, gimme a heads up by PM'ing me, because i don't intend to play on the non-update CFC and this seems fun.

First of all I just gotta say I was a bit rude I'll admit, but my reasoning is still somewhat sound and basically yellow flash did me the favor of saving me from doing this...

Though it's great you're trying to help....please keep that in mind as it sometimes WILL interfere with our work. For example..we spent an hour doing a set we were assigned...then when we finally finish...OH WAIT...someone has already done it and wasted our time completely....i dont know about you guys but that really gets on people's nerves...

If you want to help...please just ask before you do something and IF we have something that we could use help with...we will let you then....but remember to ask....please....

Flash hit the nail on the head. While my post were a bit rude, you can't really expect thanks from somone who has actually been assigned to it when for all you know someone can be working on the set already and spent hours/minutes (some people it would probably vary) and then just as they finish someone who isn't a part of the process just goes and posts it, it's really a waste of the person who is meant to be doing it time.

And now I gotta say this. Galattin you are far far far overreacting, you claim I was acting like a god of c&p (especially considering that before 3xxxddd (gunna be close spelling, but not exact lol sorry) we had to actually type everything out, and if we copy pasted it would take longer because we'd have to keep going back to the page, when it would be far easier to just type it out lol) when all I said is that I was like the main person for the Card Database. The reason i said this is because I'm basically doing the work dividing and checking over to make sure everyone's work is good, divided up, and done so this can be perfectly well organized. And I never said stop immediately, I was just saying that don't work on sets, the people who were assigned to it are going to take care of it. And Gallatin in total honesty the way your attitude is right now definitely discredits you for anything in the future. I was just pointing out that we had it all divided, then some random people (you and that other user) just come in and mess up the organization/work of others by trying to do it yourself. You are blowing this out of proportion by creating lies and exaggerating the words I have said.

I thought that people who wanted to help with this project could join this site. I understand certain people are assigned roles, and there's certain things you can't interfere with (namely graphics, codes, rules, how things are generally run). Me and another player recently tried to help the "database" staff with their amazing job of c&ping words into threads. Our "thanks" was the c&p staff calling us idiots, and then running rampant declaring themselves to be the Gods of C&P and demanding that we stop immediately lest we break open the gates of Hell. If we're not allowed to help with the project, then why bother inviting us onto the site? Why bother having open registration? I even volunteered to help on the Facebook page prior to mine posting. Any attempts at helping thus far have led to outrage, so why should we help? I'm pretty sure I'll get banned or something just for posting this, but if the staff continues to have a crappy attitude toward assistance, then you can guarantee that there's not gonna be much of a player base to work with. I want to help because I want to have a little piece of this project that I can be proud of. I think that that's why everyone wants to help, you guys want to piece together a game that you love so you can have something you can be proud of that a lot of people will enjoy using.

tl;dr I don't like the way that certain staff members are treating people who try to help.
